HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER

Due to certain restrictions due to COVID 19 alongside high order volumes, we are currently experiencing shipping delays. Not to worry! We are working hard to fix this issue. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES, UPDATES AND INFORMATION

Our carriers do not pick up orders on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or National Holidays. Transit updates will be provided during the weekdays (Monday-Friday). You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

 To enable product quality preservation, multiple products may be received in separate bags and in some cases, on different days. Please contact support@funkytote.com for further aid.

PLEASE NOTE!!

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and precise to avoid complications during delivery. We ARE NOT responsible for for complications which may arise due to wrong delivery addresses. A refund will NOT be issued.          

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns up to 25 days after shipping Please note the items must be unused, unwashed tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no added scents, rips or tear, and in the same condition it was when delivered. 

Please remember to contact us at support@funkytote.com before beginning any return procedures for the proper return address and information. 

As soon as the item is received, a refund will be issued (at least within 3-5 business days to process).

RESTOCKING FEE

Please note that a $8.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, on all items.

DAMAGED GOODS

We aim to supply our valued customers with quality products. In any even products are damaged during delivery, please contact us with 72 hours after receiving the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we are working on the most convenient methods for our international customers to return unwanted products. While we brainstorm ideas, please feel free to make returns at your own expenses. Please be sure to contact us at support@funkytote.com before beginning any return processes.

NOTE

  • Refunds on discounted items will be made in the amount purchased.

  • Items labeled as free/gifts cannot be refunded under any conditions.

  • Refunds ONLY include amount paid for the products and not the shipping fee.
